Die Schweizerische Flüchtlingshilfe SFH sucht eine Leiterin bzw. einen Leiter Bildung (80–90%), Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung. Sie verantworten die nationale Bildungsarbeit und führen ein zweisprachiges Team in Bern und Lausanne.
Sie entwickeln das Portfolio weiter, sichern die Qualität (eduQua) und gestalten die strategische Führung der Organisation. Sie bringen Masterabschluss, mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Erwachsenenbildung sowie Führungskompetenzen mit agilen Prinzipien mit.
