Inselspital Bern sucht eine/n Teamleiter/in Notfallmanagement für Erwachsene und Kinder. Sie führen ca. 15 Mitarbeitende, sichern den 24-Stunden-Betrieb und gestalten das Patientenmanagement aktiv mit.
Sie optimieren Prozesse, rekrutieren und begleiten Mitarbeitende, gewährleisten eine vollständige Aufnahme und fördern den Informationsfluss zu Schnittstellen. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse sind hilfreich.
