Sie leiten das Pilotprojekt, organisieren Workshops, koordinieren Mentor:innen und Freiwillige und evaluieren fortlaufend die Ergebnisse. Die Anstellung ist hybrid, befristet bis März 2028, mit Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung.
