Evergreen Human Resources AG sucht eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit Führungserfahrung für die Bereichs- und Teamleitung im Spitex-Umfeld. Sie koordinieren Pflegeplanung, Fallführung und Supervison bei Bedarfsabklärungen sowie Einsatzplanung für das Team.
Sie arbeiten Montag bis Freitag in regelmässigen Stunden (ca. 08:00–17:00), flexibel gestaltbar, mit gelegentlicher Vor-Ort-Unterstützung;
