Die Lindenhofgruppe sucht eine führende Fachperson für Anästhesiepflege in Bern. Sie tragen die Gesamtverantwortung für ca. 60 Mitarbeitende und gestalten Führung, Strukturen und die fachliche Ausrichtung der Abteilung.
Gemeinsam mit dem Ärzteteam koordinieren Sie das anästhesiologische Angebot, fördern Veränderungsprozesse und arbeiten bereichsübergreifend zusammen. Die Rolle verbindet Führungsverantwortung mit regelmäßiger Mitarbeit in der Patientenversorgung im OP.
