Zu den Aufgaben gehören Beratung, Workshops, wöchentliche Coachings, Fallführung sowie Programmleitung. Voraussetzungen: tertiärer/sekundärer Abschluss, SVEB 1, Coaching-Erfahrung, Deutsch, IT, Sozialkompetenz, Führungserfahrung.
