DIRECTOR CORPORATE SERVICES (80% - 100%)
A key leadership role with responsibility for Corporate Services, Governance and Transformation
Packimpex is undergoing an exciting phase of growth and transformation. With an upcoming leadership transition, we are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Director Corporate Services.
This newly created executive leadership position reports directly to the CEO and provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the Human Resources, Finance, and Digital, Technology & Marketing functions. The role combines business management, governance, reporting and controlling, digitalization, quality management, and strategic project leadership.
We are seeking a well-rounded leader with strong business acumen who understands the bigger picture, challenges constructively, and drives initiatives forward with focus and determination.
What you will do- Member of the Executive Management Team, contributing to the ongoing development of the Group
- Establishment of a modern Management Information System (MIS) and continuous enhancement of reporting, controlling, and management tools to support effective business decision-making
- Lead and support key digitalization and transformation initiatives
- Responsibility for maintaining and further developing corporate policies, quality standards, information security, and environmental management systems (including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001)
- Strategic oversight of key contracts and group-wide commitments
- Leadership and coordination of cross-functional projects and corporate initiatives
- Promotion of close collaboration across functions and countries
- Support in the continuous development of organisational structures, processes, and governance frameworks
- Ensuring transparency, accountability, and effective management of key business processes
- University degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field
- Several years of leadership or management experience
- Strong understanding of finance, controlling, and corporate management
- Experience in transformation, organisational development, and project leadership
- Affinity for digitalization, technology, and modern marketing approaches
- Knowledge of governance, compliance, quality management, and/or contract management
- Experience in an international environment, ideally within an SME operating across multiple countries
- Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a pragmatic and hands-on approach
- High level of ownership and the ability to independently drive initiatives forward
- Excellent organisational, communication, and structuring skills
- Fluent German and English skills
