We are a small, family‑run hotel in its fourth generation, welcoming and delighting guests for over 100 years. Our hotel offers healthy, colorful, and always in harmony with nature.
OverviewWe, the young team at Hotel Gletscherblick on the sunny Hasliberg, are looking for a Head Chef (100%). Starting in October or for the winter season 2025/2026.
Responsibilities- Ensure smooth kitchen operations and prepare seasonal dishes with passion using the best regional ingredients.
- Be responsible for purchasing food and implementing hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP.
- Value creativity and inspire the kitchen team.
- Completed chef training (EFZ or equivalent) and a cheerful, hands‑on personality with a passion for delighting guests through your cooking.
- Fresh and unique motivation every day.
