Kandidaten sollten eine kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt oder Verkauf besitzen. Eine VBV-Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich, und jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus.
