Nalios is continuing its expansion in Switzerland and strengthening its presence in German-speaking Switzerland
. We are looking for an Office Director based in Bern or Zurich
, capable of driving the commercial development of our Odoo service sales to SMEs in the region.
This position is both entrepreneurial and commercial
: you will be the face of Nalios in German-speaking Switzerland, responsible for building a client portfolio and selling our Odoo implementation services to SMEs. An already well-established professional network in the region (Bern/Zurich) will be a decisive asset for success in this role.

- Develop and lead the commercial activity of the German-speaking Switzerland office
- Sell our Odoo implementation services to SMEs in Bern, Zurich and the surrounding area
- Build and maintain a local client portfolio
- Qualify client needs, negotiate and close deals
- Represent Nalios within the local ecosystem (partners, prospects, professional networks)
- Fluent Swiss German (native or native-level)
- Fluent English;
French is a plus - Established professional network in German-speaking Switzerland (Bern/Zurich)
- Proven experience in B2B business development, ideally IT/ERP/software
- Valid work permit for Switzerland
- Knowledge of Odoo or another ERP
- Experience in consulting or business software implementation
- Great team of smart people, in a warm and open atmosphere.
- No clueless managers, no silly tools to use, no rigid working hours
- Real autonomy to build and grow the German-speaking Switzerland office
- Broaden your knowledge across various industries working with local SMEs
