- Conduct discovery calls to assess business goals, budgets, and marketing challenges.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos, showcasing the value of digital ad solutions (such as Pinterest, Meta, and Google Ads).
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring all deal stages are tracked accurately.
- Negotiate pricing, handle objections smoothly, and close deals to achieve your quarterly revenue targets.
- C2 level (Native or near-native) German and C1 level English (both written and spoken).
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record in engaging prospects through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Consistent success in a quota-driven, phone-based sales environment.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM systems.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms is a strong plus.
- A resilient, self-motivated, and goal-driven mindset with excellent communication skills to naturally spark interest and convey value.
- Comprehensive Relocation Package:
Your flight tickets and temporary accommodation are fully covered. A dedicated relocation team will guide you from your first planning call to your first day at work. - Paperwork & Bureaucracy Help:
Step-by-step assistance with obtaining your NIE (Foreigner ), registering for social security, and opening a Spanish bank account. - Salary & Uncapped Bonus: A base salary of €26,710 gross/year + a performance bonus of up to €4,290 gross/year (at 100% of targets). There is no maximum limit—your earning potential grows with your performance!
- Work Setup:
Full-time (39 hours/week) hybrid position based in the Barcelona office. - Continuous Training: A complete onboarding and training program when you start, followed by ongoing coaching and clear career progression paths.
- Referral Program:
Earn up to €2,000 for recommending other great talents to the team. - Culture & Work-Life Balance:
An engaging, business-casual environment with dozens of nationalities working under one roof. We respect your time—once you log off, Barcelona's beaches, great food, and thriving social scene are yours to enjoy.
If you want to be part of a diverse, global family that embraces equity and inclusion, and if you are ready to give your career a fresh start in Spain, we would love to meet you!
