International Sales Manager – MEA

• Develop and implement the sales strategy for the MEA region
• Manage existing customers and proactively develop new business opportunities
• Build long-term relationships with customers, partners, and relevant stakeholders
• Support complex sales processes in collaboration with technical specialists
• Monitor market and competitive developments
• Represent the company at international customer meetings, trade fairs, and events

• Several years of experience in international sales, ideally in the defence, security, or technical sector
• Experience with complex technical products or system solutions
• Academic background in engineering or business, or equivalent professional experience
• Knowledge of communications, sensor, intelligence, or security-related technologies is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and intercultural competence
• Very good German and English language skills
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
