Aufgaben zuständig ist. Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehören Kleinreparaturen und die Unterstützung bei der Koordination externer Handwerker. Voraussetzung ist eine handwerkliche Grundausbildung EFZ sowie Erfahrung im Gebäudeunterhalt. Die Position erfordert auch den sicheren Umgang mit digitalen Tools und die Fähigkeit, klar und respektvoll zu kommunizieren, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen. Das Arbeitsumfeld ist dynamisch und vielseitig.
