We are strengthening our team! In this role as a technician, you have the opportunity to decisively support the Home & Business customer service of the Bern branch.
What you achieve- You implement varied projects in the field of modern alarm and video surveillance systems and actively contribute your ideas.
- You install and maintain innovative security solutions at our customers’ sites, working with current technologies in intrusion, video, and fire alarm technology.
- You install new intrusion, video, and fire protection systems, commission them, instruct customers, and hand over the systems professionally.
- You carry out maintenance work, service existing systems, reliably resolve faults and expand them to ensure the highest security. You advise and support our customers competently in all technical matters and build trust.
- You work closely with the project manager and coordinate projects efficiently within the team.
- After your induction phase, you responsibly take on on‑call duties (approx. 5–6 weeks per year).
- You inspire our customers with your commitment and ensure the highest satisfaction.
- You are deployed nationwide at our customers’ locations and travel flexibly. In individual cases, overnight stays on site are also part of your work routine.
- Your technical basic training with a Federal VET Diploma (e.g. electrician, automation technician, telematics technician, or similar) provides the ideal foundation.
- You confidently apply your good knowledge of IT and network technology in your daily work.
- You work independently, think solution‑oriented, and convince with a reliable and flexible working style that our customers can depend on.
- Knowledge of a second national language is a valuable plus.
- You hold a category B driving licence.
- You have an impeccable record (extracts from the criminal record and debt collection register).
