- Verantwortung für die fachgerechte und strukturierte Instandhaltung unserer Anlagen und Installationen
- Durchführung und Dokumentation von Instandhaltungsarbeiten und Störungsbehebungen im Rahmen des Tagesgeschäfts mittels FM-Tool
- Leisten von Einsatz- und Bereitschaftsdienst in unserer Werkstatt
- Erste Kontaktperson für externe Lieferanten, Planer und Kunden
- Abschluss einer Ausbildung als:
- Mechaniker
- Elektromechaniker
- oder Mechatroniker mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Kenntnisse in der Wartung und Reparatur von automatischen und manuellen Türen sowie Türsteuerungen
- Weiterbildung im Bereich Instandhaltung von Anlagen
- Erfahrung in der Anlageninstandhaltung
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, Instandhaltungs-Software)
- Ausgezeichnete kommunikative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Proaktive, eigenverantwortliche und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hervorragende mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse
