Own the development, maintenance, and publication of integrated, logic-tied, resource-loaded outage schedules for Unit 1 and Unit 2.

Lead schedule integration for refueling, forced, and maintenance outages, including pre-outage, execution, and post-outage schedule development.

Partner with station organizations to develop outage strategy, scope integration, system windows, work sequencing, and implementation plans for maintenance, surveillance, corrective, elective, and modification work.

Ensure outage schedules reflect plant risk, Technical Specification constraints, Maintenance Rule requirements, shutdown safety expectations, equipment out-of-service time, ALARA considerations, and available resources.

Review and challenge activity durations, logic ties, critical path assumptions, and resource estimates to maintain schedule credibility, resiliency, and execution readiness.

Validate work execution strategies and manpower loading profiles, including shift strategies and resource curves needed to support outage scope.

Drive continuous improvement by supporting outage critiques, self-assessments, corrective action reviews, and lessons learned for future outages.

Serve as an active participant or leader in outage governance meetings and station committees, including Outage Core Team, outage improvement meetings, daily outage meetings, and other assigned forums.

Working knowledge of nuclear plant operations, outage execution, work management processes, and schedule governance.

Working knowledge of Technical Specifications, Maintenance Rule requirements, shutdown risk management, and station procedures applicable to outage planning and scheduling.

Proficiency with Primavera P6, including development of logic-tied, resource-loaded schedules, schedule analysis, and reporting.

Working knowledge of plant work management systems such as NIMS or equivalent computerized maintenance/work management platforms.
