RN) Registered Nurse Supervisor

Glen Brook Rehab and Nursing is hiring Full Time and Part Time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisors to join our long-term care team in Berwick, PA.

Shifts Available: Day, Evening and Overnight

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units

• Oversee implementation of resident care plans

• Conduct regular nursing unit rounds

• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, and clinical updates

• Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance

• Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Previous Supervisor experience
