We are seeking a Data Center Solutions Lead Installation Technician to support a high-impact enhancement project at a Fortune 10 Hyperscale Cloud Services client's data centers in the Berwick, PA region. This fully onsite, initial one-month contract role (with potential for extension) is focused on modernizing and optimizing technical infrastructure to reinforce reliability, efficiency, and performance across the client's facilities. As the on-site team leader, you will own the daily execution of field operations and serve as the primary point of accountability for team performance, quality assurance, and client-facing communication at the site level.

Lead on-site execution and serve as the primary point of accountability for team performance, quality, and schedule adherence
Manage daily team operations, including task assignments, briefings, and real-time problem-solving in response to field conditions
Interface directly with client contacts regarding daily scope, site access, escalations, and project status
Execute and oversee project tasks in accordance with technical drawings, ensuring all work meets client specifications and quality standards
Maintain accurate field documentation, including measurements, task logs, and equipment configurations; support site enhancements and layout adjustments as directed
Enforce safe tool usage, sustain a clean and organized work environment, and hold yourself and teammates accountable to quality and safety standards
Model professionalism, safety, and accountability as the on-site culture carrier
Provide coaching and mentorship to technicians, promoting a culture of safety and accountability
Maintain clear, professional communication with project stakeholders and client representatives
Strictly adhere to all client data center security protocols and PPE requirements; PPE will be provided, though personal composite toe footwear is encouraged
Demonstrate flexibility for client-mandated restricted or blocked workdays due to holidays or operational events; these will be communicated in advance and are unpaid
Lead a mobile, schedule-driven team rotating between multiple data center sites as required, with scheduling designed to minimize same-day travel
Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience in data center infrastructure, construction, or related technical trade in a leadership capacity
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Proficient with hand and power tools for fabrication, assembly, and installation; precise measurement skills
Demonstrated ability to lead a field team, including task delegation, performance accountability, and conflict resolution
Strong communication skills; comfortable interfacing directly with client contacts
Experience coordinating field activities and prioritizing work to meet project schedules
Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve site issues with minimal supervision
Working knowledge of data center operating procedures and construction safety practices is a plus
Physically able to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, work in elevated temperatures (90–120°F), and operate in confined spaces, on ladders, and at heights
Strict adherence to data center security protocols and PPE requirements
Flexibility for client-mandated restricted or blocked workdays
