• Support lead teachers in the classroom by assisting with daily activities, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and ensuring the well-being of infants.
• Help implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences that foster cognitive, emotional, and physical growth.
• Create meaningful and positive relationships with infants, families, and coworkers.
• Communicate with parents through daily interactions and updates, providing assurance and support for their child’s care.
• Adhere to Berwyn Early Learning Academy's policies and state regulations to ensure the highest standards of care and safety.

• 1 year of prior experience in childcare preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Strong organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A caring and patient demeanor with a passion for nurturing young children.
