• Assist with menu planning, food preparation, and food service delivery in accordance with our dietary department's standards and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of food inventory, consumption, and waste management
• Clean and sanitize food service areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure a safe and clean environment for our patients and residents
• Assist with food carving, garnishing, and presentation to enhance the overall dining experience
• Collaborate with our dietary team to ensure that patient and resident needs are met and exceeded
