Location and Pay

Berwyn, IL 60402 – Estimated pay: $78,000 per year

Full-time position, Monday–Friday daytime schedule, includes one weekend per month, 2–3 on-call days per month, and two holidays per year. Pay per visit.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (Home Health) to join our client’s growing team in Berwyn, Illinois. This role focuses on providing high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes, supporting their independence, recovery, and overall well-being. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and a passion for patient-centered care.

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes according to individualized care plans.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluate ongoing progress.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medication management, disease prevention, and home safety practices.
• Document all nursing care accurately and in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuous professional development activities.

• Monday–Friday, daytime schedule.
• Includes one weekend per month, 2–3 on-call days per month, and two holidays per year.
• Local travel required within the Berwyn area.

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.
• At least 1 year of professional RN experience (home health preferred).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

• Previous experience in home health or community-based nursing.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and time management skills.
