Mac Neal Hospital's Emergency Department is a Level II Trauma Center with two dedicated trauma resuscitation rooms in our 26-bed Emergency Department. We are Emergency Department Approved for Pediatrics (EDAP). We support an acuity-based staffing model in our fast-paced environment and provide care to a wide range of patients allowing our RNs to grow and gain valuable experience.

- A degree from an accredited school/college of nursing is required - BSN or ADN
- BLS Provider (American Heart Association) required prior to hire
- Illinois Board of Nursing license prior to hire
Pay ranges: BSN Pay Range: $34.76 - $57.06 per hour; ADN Pay Range: $32.31 - $57.06 per hour. Actual compensation will fall within the range and may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, and certification requirements.
