Job Summary

• Support physicians’ clinics and surgical portfolios, including education, triage, scheduling, and documentation.
• Provide patient education on conditions, treatment plans, and post‑operative care.
• Assist with triage of patient calls or inquiries.
• Complete required paperwork, including medical histories, consent forms, and insurance documentation.
• Manage physicians’ schedules, including urgent or last‑minute appointments.
• Draw up and administer injections as prescribed.
• Communicate with patients using Epic InBasket, calling them to provide information and answer questions.
• Act as the right‑hand person to physicians, ensuring comprehensive care throughout the treatment journey.

• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school/college of nursing
• BLS Provider (accredited by the American Heart Association) – required prior to hire
• Illinois Board of Nursing license prior to hire
• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred

Salary Range: $29.78 - $48.84 per hour
