We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Inventory Auditor to ensure accuracy in vendor invoices, purchasing records, and inventory counts. If you have strong reconciliation skills and a sharp eye for discrepancies, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Audit accounts payable transactions for accuracy and compliance
- Verify invoice amounts, approvals, coding, and supporting documentation
- Compare purchasing, receiving, and inventory records to identify variances
- Conduct inventory checks and investigate discrepancies
- Prepare audit findings and support corrections in accounting systems
- Assist with month-end close and process improvements
Qualifications
- Experience in accounts payable auditing and/or inventory auditing
- Strong understanding of reconciliation and basic accounting principles
- Proficiency with Quick Books and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
