Role Description

The Front Office Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role located in Bessemer, AL. The responsibilities include greeting patients and visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor, handling phone calls, managing appointments and schedules, and providing general administrative support. Additional responsibilities include maintaining patient records, coordinating with the clinic team, and ensuring a smoothly functioning front desk area while delivering excellent customer service to all patients.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and managing Receptionist Duties, including answering calls, scheduling, and routing messages.
  • Cheerful and caring disposition
  • Experience with Front Office operations, such as data entry, maintaining records, managing schedules, taking payments, and ensuring a well-organized environment.
  • Proven Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a welcoming and professional experience for patients and visitors.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or medical office setting is a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to learn new software quickly.
