BLOX, LLC is seeking a senior Preconstruction Estimator to own and lead all preconstruction efforts across assigned programs in Alabama. You will mentor Estimators and PM/APM staff, develop pricing strategies, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and design partners to deliver accurate bids.
You will drive value engineering, manage design scope changes, and support contract negotiations while continually improving estimating processes and reporting systems.
