We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join our thriving clinic. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet customers upon arrival, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect vital information for their case. You will assist patients in completing Google Reviews and encourage patient referrals to our clinic.

In addition, you will assist the team in cleaning the office common areas. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication skills, strong computer skills, and the ability to multitask.

• Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Assist patients with paperwork, including consent forms
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Provide general customer service and address customer needs throughout the service.

• Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Proficient with computers and scheduling software
• Excellent multitasking skills
