Our client, a leading logistics and transportation organization, is seeking a CWR-Customer Service Rep II to join their team. As a CWR-Customer Service Rep II, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting customer interactions, operational coordination, and delivery management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Bessemer, AL

Pay Range: $18.25/hour

Shift: Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat | 7:00AM - 4:00PM

What's the Job?

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner, providing effective solutions.
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues related to delivery and service requests.
• Monitor progress of delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps, process changes or cancellations to delivery orders as needed.

What's Needed?

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role within a call center environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.
