CWR-Customer Service Rep II

Our client, a leading logistics and transportation organization, is seeking a CWR-Customer Service Rep II to join their team. As a CWR-Customer Service Rep II, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting customer interactions, operational coordination, and delivery management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat | 7:00AM - 4:00PM

** What's the Job?*
* + Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.

+ Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner, providing effective solutions.

+ Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues related to delivery and service requests.

+ Monitor progress of delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

+ Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps, process changes or cancellations to delivery orders as needed.

** What's Needed?*
* + At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role within a call center environment.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

+ Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.
