Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers and business partners via phone and email

* Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

* Monitor delivery routes and provide shipment updates

* Process order changes and cancellations

* Verify shipment documentation and support daily operations

Qualifications:

* At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume environment

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

* Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred

* Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
