Mechanical Project Coordinator

U.S. Tsubaki, a premier manufacturer and supplier of advanced power transmission and motion control products, seeks a skilled Senior Product/Project Engineer to lead the development and improvement of our innovative products. In this role, you'll collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to drive the engineering lifecycle from concept to production, ensuring that our roller chains, engineering class chains, and sprockets continue to set industry standards.

You will provide both technical guidance and project management expertise to deliver high-quality solutions that align with U.S. Tsubaki's mission of engineering excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to design, test, and implement new products and enhancements.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against key deliverables, applying engineering principles and methodologies.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the use of high-quality materials and adherence to timelines.
• Confer with customers to define product requirements and gather feedback for existing products.
• Prepare technical documents, including product specifications, user manuals, and maintenance guides.
• Conduct risk assessments and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high industry standards.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and support staff to promote continuous knowledge transfer and skills development.

Required Skills
