Systems Support Analyst (Logistics Technology)

In this position, you will serve as the primary specialist for the Dispatch Science platform. You will be responsible for ensuring the system is accurately configured and consistently maintained to meet operational and customer requirements.

• System Administration: Manage user access, permissions, and platform configuration updates.
• Implementation & Onboarding: Lead customer setup and onboarding/offboarding processes within the TMS.
• Pricing & Logic Maintenance: Configure and audit customer-specific rating logic, pricing sheets, and automated workflows.
• Support Management: Own the full lifecycle of support tickets, from initial triage to coordinating resolutions with internal teams and external vendors.
• Data Integrity & Auditing: Perform regular audits to identify configuration drift or data discrepancies, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Documentation: Create detailed technical and operational guides for customer-specific configurations and special logic.
• Asset Management: Use Sortly to maintain accurate tracking of equipment and inventory records.

  Experience:
  
  Prior experience administering or supporting a TMS, CRM, or similar enterprise-level system.
• Detail Obsessed: A proven track record of maintaining high standards for data accuracy and record-keeping.
• Problem Solver: Ability to manage support tickets in a structured environment and follow through on complex system issues.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent written skills for creating clear documentation and providing stakeholder updates.
