Job Summary

Position:
Cleaning Technician (Medical Facility) – Bessemer Medical Facility, Bessemer, Alabama. Part‑time, Monday‑Saturday 6:30 PM–9:30 PM, 6 days/week, 2.5–3 hours per shift. Pay: $15.50/hour.

We are looking to build a TEAM, not just gain an employee! These positions are responsible for detailed cleaning tasks throughout a medical facility, including patient rooms, restrooms, and common areas.

• Perform thorough cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal.
• Disinfect and sanitize restrooms, patient rooms, and high‑touch areas.
• Ensure all assigned areas meet health and safety standards.
• Operate and maintain cleaning tools and equipment properly.

• Strong work ethic and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as a solo cleaner.
• Previous experience with commercial cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Commitment to delivering consistent, high‑quality results.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in janitorial services.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
• Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Excellent stamina and physical health.
• Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic.
