Groundskeeper / Facility Maintenance Associate
Full-Time | $18–$19 per hour
Crucial Link is hiring a Groundskeeper / Facility Maintenance Associate for an outdoor facility. This role helps keep the grounds and facilities clean, safe, and ready for customers.
What You’ll Do- Maintain outdoor grounds and common areas
- Perform general cleanup and basic facility maintenance
- Help prepare the property for daily operations and customer visits
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
- Interact with customers in a courteous, professional manner
- Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Remaining weekday hours can be arranged to complete a 40-hour workweek
Applicants must be available for both Saturday and Sunday, as well as the full Wednesday shift.
What We’re Looking For- Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Dependable and able to work the required schedule
- Willing to perform hands-on grounds and maintenance tasks
- Able to follow job-related dress and safety standards while working with customers
- Forklift experience preferred, but not required
