Responsibilities- Translate enterprise Continuous Improvement strategy into site-level execution.
- Coach direct team, site and corporate leadership teams, and frontline teams on Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Own the process for identifying top improvement opportunities across manufacturing and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.
- Deploy and standardize CI fundamentals and best practices across facilities to ensure consistency and sustainability (Lean, Six Sigma, RCA, TPM, etc.).
- Support the development and delivery of training materials for CI tools and integrate into training and development programs.
- Ensure effective tracking and reporting for KPIs (OEE, downtime, capacity, yield) that drive Continuous Improvement.
- Lead Kaizens, RCAs, and cost and capacity improvement initiatives across multiple sites.
- Support project and capital scoping, prioritization, and justification using data-driven analysis.
- Audit compliance with CI systems (Tracking Systems, Standard Work, TPM, and other) across sites.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
This job is expected to be on-site at facilities approximately 30–40% of the time, with travel up to 40% to support multisite initiatives.
SupervisoryThis position has supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications Education- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or Supply Chain (Master’s preferred)
- 7+ years of manufacturing/operations experience, with at least 3 years in CI leadership roles.
- Proven success deploying CI initiatives across multiple sites.
- Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI, ERP, MES, and other manufacturing systems.
- Food manufacturing or high-volume production industry experience.
