2nd Shift Material Handler

Openings available for 2nd Shift (Sunday-Wednesday 7:00pm-5:30am, Thursday 7:00pm-3:30am)

Royal Switchgear (a Mac Lean Power Systems Company) is looking for a hands‑on, move‑fast, get‑it‑done kind of teammate! If you like staying active, working with equipment, and being a key part of keeping operations running smoothly-this role is for you.

• Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment like a pro
• Pulling, staging, and prepping materials for production and shipping
• Keeping everything labeled, organized, and right where it belongs
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
• Tracking inventory and spotting anything that doesn't look right
• Loading and unloading trucks to keep things moving
• Supporting deliveries and keeping schedules on track

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of warehouse or material handling experience
• Valid driver's license + forklift certification
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout your shift
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a team‑first mindset

• Warehouse environment with forklifts, pallets, and constant movement
