Production Assembly
Royal Switchgear (a Mac Lean Power Systems Company) is looking for detail-focused team players who take pride in building things the right way. If you like working with your hands and seeing the finished product come together—this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Assemble components using hand and power tools
- Follow instructions and blueprints to get it right the first time
- Inspect your work and keep quality top-notch
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Work with your team to keep production on track
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read measurements and basic blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Willingness to learn and jump in where needed
What to Expect
- Hands-on, active work (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Warehouse/manufacturing environment
- Opportunity for overtime when needed
