Monday-Friday | 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

• Previous powder coating, industrial painting, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to move materials throughout the production area
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Commitment to workplace safety

• Sand and grind welded areas and cut edges to prepare parts for finishing
• Hang parts on powder coating racks and remove debris before coating
• Steam clean, rinse, and dry parts using an industrial powder coat oven
• Apply powder coating using a handheld powder paint gun
• Cure painted parts in an industrial powder coat oven
• Clean powder coating guns and booths during color changes
• Move materials safely throughout the work area
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned
