Royal Switchgear Manufacturing, LLC, a Mac Lean Power Systems Company, is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator for our third-shift operations in Bessemer, AL. You will lead EHS initiatives, drive a strong safety culture, perform audits, and ensure regulatory compliance across OSHA, EPA, and ISO standards.
We require 3–5 years of manufacturing EHS experience, strong incident investigation skills, and the ability to lead safety programs independently.
