- Provides direct nursing care in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Implements, monitors, and communicates patient care plans and conditions.
- Acts as the primary coordinator for multidisciplinary patient care.
- Notes and executes physician and nursing orders.
- Assesses and coordinates discharge planning with the healthcare team.
- Provides direct nursing care in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.

- Notes and executes physician and nursing orders.
- Assesses and coordinates discharge planning with the healthcare team.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing or eligible.
- BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire, accepted from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program and professional licensure at the time of hire.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a specialized cardiac stepdown unit.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts to ensure well-organized patient care.
- Maintain clear communication regarding patient status and care plans.
