2 years of experience preferred
1 year can be accepted but will be reviewed by clinical
No block schedules
No RTO more than 5 days.
Just make sure nurses are aware they will not be interviewed. And will 100% accept if auto offered.
Also, that NP ratio can be up to 7 patients on a busy night, but that is something they are working on to lower and we are close to doing so.
More than 1 unexcused call in could result in termination of the contract. All calls in, will require a make up shift to be scheduled at the discretion of the client, most likely on a weekend shift.
