If you require assistance or accommodation to participate in the job application process, please contact  SUMMARY The Lead Quality Technician provides administrative support to Leadership involving quality assurance compliance regulatory requirements; conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation including generating reports, scheduling, inspection tracking, typing correspondence, and answering general telephone inquiries.

RESPONSIBILITIES Work with the ERP system or other software, in support of receiving, inventory, cycle counting and developing electronic laboratory records.

Manage and maintain the raw material and finished product records to ensure compliance with lot numbers, traceability and company policy.

Ensure appropriate security and accessibility of documents for regulatory inspections.

Assist in the development of testing schedules and with the implementation & execution of electronic quality record keeping (Infinity).Provide administrative support with SQF Records, plant inspections, regulatory and third-party audits as well as laboratory reports and programs.

Work interactively with multiple departments to ensure raw materials are approved efficiently.

Review the daily schedule, to assist in the coordination of Quality Assurance activities.

Communicate quality and compliance deficiencies to QA  knowledgeable and follow all Quality Assurance guidelines and other regulatory requirements, and assist with the GMP administration of the same throughout the facility.

Save files and documents in accordance with Document Retention Policies.
