** POSITION SUMMARY
** The Lead Quality Technician provides administrative support to Leadership involving quality assurance compliance regulatory requirements; conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation including generating reports, scheduling, inspection tracking, typing correspondence, and answering general telephone inquiries.
** RESPONSIBILITIES
* ** Work with the ERP system or other software, in support of receiving, inventory, cycle counting and developing electronic laboratory records.
* Manage and maintain the raw material and finished product records to ensure compliance with lot numbers, traceability and company policy.
* Ensure appropriate security and accessibility of documents for regulatory inspections.
* Assist in the development of testing schedules and with the implementation & execution of electronic quality record keeping (Infinity).
* Provide administrative support with SQF Records, plant inspections, regulatory and third-party audits as well as laboratory reports and programs.
* Work interactively with multiple departments to ensure raw materials are approved efficiently.
* Review the daily schedule, to assist in the coordination of Quality Assurance activities.
* Communicate quality and compliance deficiencies to QA management.
* Be knowledgeable and follow all Quality Assurance guidelines and other regulatory requirements, and assist with the GMP administration of the same throughout the facility.
