Job Type: Full‑time

• Caulk windows, doors, and other components set in medical modules
• Operate bulk gun, sausage gun, tube gun, and hand tools
• Run 2‑part urethane caulk, install backer rod, etc.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in industrial caulking
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners
• Attention to detail
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills
• Experience developing systems where they are needed and do not currently exist
