Greet and assist customers, operate cash register and scanner to itemize purchases;
Open and close the store at least two days per week;
Assist with scheduling employees and training, conduct safety meetings, ensure policy compliance;
Assist in managing merchandise through receiving, stocking, restocking, and rotating; implement planograms;
Aid in maintaining financial integrity through cashier accountability, key control, and cash deposits; sign for refunds and overrides;
Support Store Manager in their absence and help supervise store staff.
