Provide best-in-class customer service by promptly greeting guests and assisting them with video gaming needs.;
Support the store environment and contribute to all store sales initiatives during the holiday season.;
Collaborate with the store team to keep areas of the store clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.;
Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented on the floor.;
Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to store leadership as needed.
