Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate – Walmart (Bessemer, AL)

Immediate hire with paid training. Work in the wireless services section, engaging consumers about post‑paid/pre‑paid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans. Multiple growth opportunities available.

• Work in the wireless services section within Walmart.
• Engage customers about post‑paid/pre‑paid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans.
• Uncover consumer desires, overcome objections, and foster professional relationships.
• Welcome customers, politely offer solutions, and collaborate with the team.
• Document and report sales accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized kiosk/workstation.
• Submit all required paperwork completely and accurately.
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.

• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals.
• Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

• Average part‑time earnings $600–$800 weekly.
