Manager Trainee

Overview

We are Tower Loan, a long‑standing consumer finance company with over 260 offices in eight states. Our Manager Development Program offers a 10‑12 month apprenticeship designed to equip trainees with the skills necessary to excel in customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations, and to prepare them for leadership roles.

• Assist the branch manager and managers in exceeding office goals and performance targets.
• Provide superior customer service, build long‑term relationships, and recommend appropriate products.
• Conduct payment reminders and arrangements with customers.
• Support management duties such as delegating workload, analyzing loan documents, recruiting, staff development, and performance management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to relocate for promotional opportunities.
• Preferred experience in sales, collections, or customer service.

On‑site role located in multiple locations across eight states.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday,8:30AM–5:30PM (with occasional extended hours or Saturday as needed).
