Security Officer - Part-Time Guardian

Allied Universal - Up to $17.50/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site management and/or emergency services as directed;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouses, loading docks, yard areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns;
Support access control at entrances, gates, and shipping/receiving points by greeting drivers, verifying credentials, directing traffic flow, and documenting visitor and delivery activity per site procedures;
Complete detailed activity logs and incident reports, communicate observations to the client and Allied Universal leadership, and assist with investigations by preserving notes and available information
