Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by following Allied Universal procedures and site-specific policies;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse and distribution areas, trailer yards, and perimeter routes;
Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification, processing visitors and contractors, and directing deliveries and pickups;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems as assigned, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, document observations in written reports
